Flow Real Estate - Forum The Hague

Brand identity, signage & way-finding

A warm coat for an icy palace

Flow Real Estate is a leading Dutch commercial real estate management company. They are specialized in obtaining rather outdated real estate objects, adding value by doing high quality renovations and putting them back on the market after that.

We teamed up with Amsterdam based agency Day on several projects for Flow, one of which is the Forum building in the center of The Hague, for which we design a brand identity and various communication tools.

The building is a wing of The Hague’s city hall, designed by Richard Meier. Known as “The Ice Palace”, we came up with a look and feel that would add a warm, natural and organic  layer to the building — making it more suitable to what commercial real estate clients are looking for these days.
