A high value overview

Flow Real Estate is a leading Dutch commercial real estate management company. They are specialized in obtaining rather outdated real estate objects, adding value by doing high quality renovations and putting them back on the market after that.

We teamed up with Amsterdam based agency Day on several projects for Flow, one of which was their portfolio book in which they presented all their real estate projects to an outside audience of investors and other stakeholders.

The book is minimal and breathes a corporate, masculine and no-nonsense feel which fits to the Flow brand. In order to prevent the book from appearing too hard and cold, dynamism and surprise is added by playing with contrast in color, size and materials. Further refinement is added by the little icons of each building which are also embossed into the book's cover and through the high quality photography.
