Twice a year, De Brauw organizes two business courses to introduce recruits to the world of law, their own company and that of an international partner. In 2015 and 2016 these courses - called De Brauw 360 - took place in New York and Munich. We were asked to develop campaigns targeted at the top 10% of Dutch law students in order to convince them to take part.
Approaching the project as a spin-off of the work we did on the employer brand and careers website, we built on the same colorful and fresh look and feel. Each campaign took the course’s destination as a starting point, but we approach this in a playful and ironic way to emphasize the fun factor of these business courses. This was then applied to a campaign website, posters and flyers, but also to social media channels, a program booklet and certain give-aways. We even developed a special playlist on Spotify for both 360 trips.
