When it comes to recruitment, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and the other large Dutch law firms operate in a highly competitive market. They all focus on the top 5% of law graduates, which makes a strong and distinctive recruitment brand a key to success.

Since De Brauw’s former recruitment brand was outdated and too similar to that of the competition, we were asked to do a complete overhaul. We started with a thorough strategy phase, in which we developed specific values and key messaging. The visual design was built upon that foundation.

We translated typical De Brauw elements into a fresh, young and energetic look and feel, added quirky and personal photography and also gave video — showing real people and their experiences — a large role.
