A fresh take on post-modernism

Flow Real Estate is a leading Dutch commercial real estate management company. They are specialized in obtaining rather outdated real estate objects, adding value by doing high quality renovations and putting them back on the market after that.

We teamed up with Amsterdam based agency Day on several projects for Flow, one of which is the Sirius building in the center of The Hague. In order to market this building, we developed a brand identity and several communication tools fitting to the atmosphere of the renovated object.

Inspiration was taken from the post-modern architecture, which led to a playful but stylish and contemporary look and feel which references 80s Memphis design. Personality was added by hand-drawn wall graphics.
