Van der Wardt is a Dutch construction and project development company which exists as a family company since the 1950s. They are mostly known for building high-end villas in the top segment of private housing market.
Due to a revived Dutch housing market, they saw a great opportunity to also enter its mid-segment. Using the know-how they gained in the past decades, they developed a range of catalogue houses, named Van der Wardt Concepts, for which we developed the brand identity and communication tools.
The atmosphere is understated and luxurious, based on the idea of selling a lifestyle in stead of a catalogue house. The concept is emphasized by using stylish photography of the architecture and interiors of Van der Wardt’s projects, featuring hand drawn illustrations and focusing on artisanal details.
